Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish) Hector has been servicing the community for years. He also has serve as a Chairman, Vice Chairman and as director of the Pest Control Board association in the San Fernando Valley District. He is also a former President and Vice-president for the Business Network International (BNI) in Granada Hills.
Presently a member of the Board of Director for the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce.
